Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Temp Mail Pro ("we," "us," the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Temp Mail Pro provides temporary, disposable email addresses. A free tier requires no account and offers a short-lived inbox. A premium tier requires an account and offers a permanent custom address, longer message retention, and optional forwarding to a real inbox you specify.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send or receive unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Harass, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits or other abuse-prevention measures.

Using a temporary address to register with a third-party service may itself violate that third party's own terms — that's between you and them, and is your responsibility.

Accounts

Premium features require creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Message Content & Storage

We don't control or review the content of messages sent to your address before they arrive. Free-tier messages are automatically deleted after about 10 hours; premium messages after 30 days. We may remove content or suspend an address that violates these Terms.

No Guarantee of Delivery

The Service is provided for convenience and is not intended for critical, time-sensitive, or legally significant communications. We don't guarantee that any message — including forwarded copies — will be delivered, or delivered without delay.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including deleting an address or account, if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service or other users.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
